What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible, products must be in the same condition as received. Opened or used personal-care items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective. To start a return, please contact us first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with details and photos. We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
What countries do you ship to and how long does it take?
